Sbonelo Mvuyana is a serial entrepreneur that has a passion for growing businesses across a wide variety of sectors. He has 15 years experience in building bleeding edge companies in the Telecoms, I.T, Property Development, Commodities and Logistics sectors. Sbonelo started out in corporate as an Internal Auditor for a water utility company in KZN and also served as the Business Development Executive at Smile Telecoms. He is the financial and strategic executor at The First Order Group.

Alastair Orr has built a reputation for being a fierce storyteller and entrepreneur. Having released feature films across the world over the last 13 years, Alastair knows how to find creative solves to technical problems at various budget levels. An experienced editor, director and producer, Alastair understands that in the film business, you need to balance creativity and budget if you’re going to keep on working. Alastair has been in post production for 18 years and running The First Order since 2014 where he has overseen projects for Hasbro, Mustang and Coke as well as award winning, international feature films.

Ariye Mahdeb is a formidable post producer that has worked his way up extensively in various aspects of post-production. Ariye believes that successful long-form projects take time and need intricate planning, with the right crew and the right schedule being vital components to every production.  He’s the deal maker and the financial executor behind The First Order Group. Ariye founded the business in 2014. He has a keen eye for business relationships and a firm grasp of film finance. His intricate knowledge of post-production makes him a valuable asset to any project.  Ariye has produced and delivered films to Netlix, Hulu and Shomax, amongst others.
